Due to recent and past events in America, this may be the most important writing you read regarding the rest of your lifetime. Instead of waiting on a slow, seemingly uncaring government that’s supposed to be representing “WeThe People,” this writing of a 28TH AMENDMENT is on behalf of “All The People.” For many Its importance will stand alongside the original Constitution and other nation-changing documents. All these prior documents were allowed to fall short for some people due to self-interests and small-minded thinkers/leaders that pitted groups of people against other groups of people, making people believe that if the other group gains, then their group loses. This tactic continues to keep groups of people occupied, focusing on each other and therefore not focusing on what the small-minded thinkers/leaders are doing. Creativity and big thinking create unlimited opportunities for all groups of people, just like the universe appears unlimited with no end in sight. Big thinking within this document fills in the gaps left by flawed implementations of founding documents. We take control of our own destinies. Waiting is over. Moving forward happens this way.
Therefore, on this 15th day of the 1ST month in the year of our Lord 2025, the following Re-solution is issued:

PREAMBLE:
-Bring Peace, Prosperity, Tranquility & Pursuit of Happiness to those Without It
-Diminish Poverty, Violence & Repeat Offenses to have Safer Streets
-Identify the Vulnerable, Develop Independence & Provide a Path Forward
-Draw in Investment, Uplift Communities to Self-Reliance & Sustainability
America has developed an unsustainable society since its beginning, utilizing three {3} entities: 1] using Business transactions to obtain free and almost free labor; 2] developing a Justice System that works for a select group, causing misery for others; and 3] designing Government Systems at all branches that provide posterity for some while creating unacceptable living conditions for others.
While many have been waiting for the Federal Government (U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, President, Supreme Court) to fix these issues, the Federal Government hasn’t passed an Amendment in 33 years(since 1992, when the 27th Amendment gave the U.S. Senate & U.S. House of Representatives pay raises for themselves). The result of their inaction has led to many good-hearted individuals and organizations putting forth much effort, but these singular methods are not able to achieve a comprehensive solution. Countless times the words have been voiced “We Must All Come Together; We Must Work Together to end, fix...” and countless times no workable comprehensive action steps could be developed to solve these designed and massive issues.
Brain power of good-hearted “We The People” will now have workable comprehensive action steps to counter damage done by the three (3) entities described above (Business, Justice & Systems of Government).
Henceforth these action steps will be titled “Business Justice System” named after these 3 entities above that created this American hardship.
Since nothing like this Business Justice System has ever existed before, there are a couple prerequisites you must consider when reading/implementing this – the first requires thinking outside of our trained boxes and the second is putting aside our Degrees, MBAs, MPAs, JDs and Foundation/Nonprofit Handbooks. (Note: this applied to the author of this writing who holds an MBA and former Compliance Officer/Internal Audit Director, having to conform to the highest levels of ethics, policies and procedures).
RE-SOLUTION {12 STEPS} All Steps are not required to be implemented at the same time.
1-Businesses/Organizations That Gained From Free/Almost Free Labor
MindTechnology.org shall make available a .com brand name or engage with each business/organization in the determination of a .com brand name that is similar or adjacent to each’s existing operating functions. Ongoing research shows many businesses & organizations profiting in this manner and they are encouraged to be proactive regarding coming onboard. (the use of the .com is explained starting in #5 below)
Other Businesses/Organizations Fulfilling Their Social Impact/Corporate Responsibilities
MindTechnology.org shall make available a .com brand name or engage with each business/organization in the determination of a .com brand name that is similar or adjacent to each’s existing operating functions (the use of the .com is explained starting in #5 below).
Individuals/Philanthropists
Individuals/Philanthropists may take on a .com brand name to operate in this Business Justice System.
MindTechnology.org shall make available a .com brand name or engage with each Individual/Philanthropist in the determination of a .com brand name that is similar or adjacent to each’s existing operating functions (the use of the .com is explained starting in #5 below).
All Businesses/Organizations/Individuals/Philanthropists Accepted will be matched with an easy-searchable .com name that is considered practical for their type of industry. Easy-searchable name means that the .com name indicates what type of product or service offered within the spelling of its name, thus making it excellent for Google, Bing or Yahoo searches on the internet (examples: SongGurus.com ReunionProducts.com RobotsFixed.com ArtVideoGallery.com girlsSTEM.com SeniorCoders.com VirtualAuditors.com BathroomSigns.com & SnappingCars.com are all self-explanatory regarding what product or service offered).
Some guidelines on the usage of .com names is explained starting in #5 below).
Businesses/Organizations/Individuals/Philanthropists/Researchers – go to: MindTechnology.org Notes 1 & 2 for where to send your joining info and other info (research see Note 2).
2-Churches/Community Leaders/Nonprofit Organizations/ Reestablished Seniors{formerly Retirees}/Volunteers/Courts will identify the marginalized, vulnerable and lower-level offenders that could possibly be brought into this Business Justice System, instead of allowing them to get caught up in the Criminal Justice System, where they could commit more serious offenses – peace must be attained in order for neighborhoods to thrive. Applying for entrance into the Business Justice System requires that potential candidates meet with a Professional/Re-established Professional, such as Psychologist/Psychiatrist/Therapist/Counselor/PO or combination to determine:
a-fitness to be in the Business Justice System, with safety of all parties being a priority
b-skillsets of potential candidates
c-placement possibilities - determine what things in life and work bring joy and a sense of fulfillment to candidates.
Candidates selected will be called Learners.
3-Businesses/Churches/Community Leaders/Nonprofit Organizations/ Reestablished Seniors/Volunteers/Courts/Governments, along with assistance of a Regional Coordinator, will identify workstations and locations, both onsite & remote, that best fit the type of work/training performed for Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals by selected Learners. Safety & security of all parties are a priority with emphasis on functions performed by selected Learners being remote. Various locations within a community can be considered for a work location, in addition to the participating Businesses’ and Organizations’ locations.
4-Businesses/Foundations/Nonprofits/Philanthropists/Governments/ Reestablished Seniors/Volunteers shall provide:
a-laptops at work locations (used, new, rentals) at participating business/organization locations or at remote locations
b- basic skills training (use of laptop, internet, websites, social media, reading, math, writing, social studies)
c-business skills training (skills pertinent to the assigned business/organization, keyboarding, documents/spreadsheets, software/hardware)
d-other materials and services necessary to perform business functions, including business insurance (may have little effect on cost since the .com is a similar/adjacent name to current business functions and the Learners will be considered Independent Contractors, not employees)
e-provide advertising, marketing, social media, press release for the .com; Selected Learners will be involved in these processes based on each’s prior skills and learning adaptability
f-open a bank account under the .com name to handle its revenue and disbursements
5-Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals shall use their assigned .com to perform either their same business functions, similar/adjacent business functions or other business functions. An untapped supply of new talent opens up to be nurtured by Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals under this shared model, as set forth further below; also new markets and new investment opportunities open up to individuals and businesses from the community and to other businesses and organizations all across the country when operating with these internet-based (not building-based) .com brand names.
Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals will:
a-set up a website using the .com name (DIY software, in-house, other)
b-involve selected Learners in DIY website development and in-house development when deemed feasible as a training opportunity
c-blend Learners into business functions to provide skills-building and job experiences
d-provide support, if necessary, in the completion or fulfillment of a product or service when there are insufficient Learners available at that affected company or organization
e-provide recordkeeping functions with or without the assistance of Learners, depending upon Learners’ prior skillsets or applicable skillsets learned during their assignment there
f-not perform job performance evaluations
g-provide feedback necessary in the performance of a work step or to enhance a work step, always providing encouragement, utilizing patience during teaching moments.
6-Businesses and/or Foundations and/or Nonprofits and/or Philanthropists and/or Governments and/or Individuals will pay each Learner $150 per day during a 5-day learning week, payable at the end of each 8-hour shift via a cash app. Should the Learner not be Head of Household, Learner receives $125 per day and $25 is paid by a cash app directly to the Head of Household daily. Paying this way provides incentive to remain onboard (until obtained skills/experience to find employment) and it provides Learners with funds to care for their families’ daily needs, thus disincentivizing commissions of offenses in order to survive; it also reduces poverty, hunger and homelessness. These payments shall be under the Personal Disability tax codes/rule and shall be exempt from all federal, state, and local taxes, due to hundreds of years of being taxed(in so many different forms) without any or very little representation or services, which has created generations of people unable to achieve Prosperity, Tranquility and Pursuit of Happiness as promised in the Constitution and Declaration of Independence (daily pay rates shall increase over time based on inflation).
Foundations and Nonprofits are encouraged to curb spending on new programs and new hires and redirect their funds and personnel directly to the people needing help through this coordinated shared Business Justice System.
All levels of Government (Local, State, Federal) should see a decline in expenses related to prisons, policing, incarceration, adjudication and administration regarding such budget line items; using their 2023 fiscal year-end actual expenses for these line items as the base, any reductions from those actual amounts in following years shall be provided to this Business Justice System due to centuries of inadequacies in Housing, Education, Jobs, Policing, etc.
A Regional Coordinator will coordinate with all parties in completion of this step and other steps.
7-Learners are expected to progress upward and onward, leaving spaces for new individuals to come onboard. Learners remain in the Business Justice System until one of the following occurs:
a-Learner obtains an external career position.
b-Learner is hired for another or similar career position within the assigned business/organization.
c-when special circumstances could require the removal of a Learner, which requires review and approval by a Coordinator.
8-Businesses/Foundations/Nonprofits/Governments/Philanthropists/Individuals/
Volunteers/Coordinators will provide assistance and guidance where needed throughout a Learner’s progression, as described within this document and this document is subject to positive change when best interests of parties are at hand, being that this is a living document.
9-The Business Justice System utilized ME Ventures LLC/MindTechnology.org to start a GoFundMe (gofundme.com then type/search MindTechnology.org) to provide some funds for hiring & paying of Coordinators, Learners, Administrator/s. The calculation of GoFundMe starting amount for a selected city of 2,700,000 people is $8,000,000 and the starting amount for cities across the country is calculated to be approximately a minimum amount of $900,000,000, shown below:

These calculations provide us with a guide for some of the costs involved in operating the Business Justice System, regardless of funding sources. The number of Businesses, Foundations, Nonprofits, Philanthropists, Volunteers and Governments described in all Steps 1 to 12 will increase and improve upon these numbers to help many more Learners throughout many cities and towns across the country until no longer needed. GoFundMe may continue until no longer needed.
10-Governments/Courts-Due to seemingly irreparable harm imposed by these entities over centuries to already disadvantaged communities, 10% of gross punitive monetary judgements, criminal monetary judgements and civil monetary judgements coming into the coffers of Governments/Courts/Locales/Locale Corporate Names shall be made payable into the Business Justice System either directly or via a selected reputable 501c(c)3 Nonprofit Organization working as Fiscal Sponsor, if one is onboard.
Regional Coordinators will tie all the above steps together, as described in this document. Coordinators will report to Administrator(s).
11-Donations are immediately accepted. Until a reputable 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization, working as Fiscal Sponsor, is brought onboard, funds will be monitored by an Internal Auditor to review for proper controls, accountability and separation of functions.
Candidates for Fiscal Sponsor (see how at MindTechnology.org Note 3)
12-Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals onboard retain 50% of gross revenue generated from operations of each .com; 30% of gross revenue goes back into the Business Justice System and 20% of gross revenue goes to MindTechnology.org via ME Ventures LLC to help sustain this Business Justice System, it’s .com costs, websites and other costs.
Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals will provide a monthly Statement electronically of Gross Revenue to MindTechnology.org.
CLOSING
Throughout history almost all civilizations have faced failure. If “We The People,” whom have much, do not work this out now that we have comprehensive steps before us, this country may never be able to mend itself. This means forever having to worry about our spouses, children, grandchildren, family and friends wherever they go. There will be no peace in the land.
Therefore “We The People” must put in the work before we get to that point of no return. All good people are asked to help now.

MindTechnology.org shall make available a .com brand name or engage with each business/organization in the determination of a .com brand name that is similar or adjacent to each’s existing operating functions (the use of the .com is explained starting in #5 below).
Individuals/Philanthropists
Individuals/Philanthropists may take on a .com brand name to operate in this Business Justice System.
MindTechnology.org shall make available a .com brand name or engage with each Individual/Philanthropist in the determination of a .com brand name that is similar or adjacent to each’s existing operating functions (the use of the .com is explained starting in #5 below).
All Businesses/Organizations/Individuals/Philanthropists Accepted will be matched with an easy-searchable .com name that is considered practical for their type of industry. Easy-searchable name means that the .com name indicates what type of product or service offered within the spelling of its name, thus making it excellent for Google, Bing or Yahoo searches on the internet (examples: SongGurus.com ReunionProducts.com RobotsFixed.com ArtVideoGallery.com girlsSTEM.com SeniorCoders.com VirtualAuditors.com BathroomSigns.com & SnappingCars.com are all self-explanatory regarding what product or service offered).

Businesses/Organizations/Individuals/Philanthropists/Researchers – go to: MindTechnology.org Notes 1 & 2 for where to send your joining info and other info (research see Note 2).
2-Churches/Community Leaders/Nonprofit Organizations/ Reestablished Seniors{formerly Retirees}/Volunteers/Courts will identify the marginalized, vulnerable and lower-level offenders that could possibly be brought into this Business Justice System, instead of allowing them to get caught up in the Criminal Justice System, where they could commit more serious offenses – peace must be attained in order for neighborhoods to thrive. Applying for entrance into the Business Justice System requires that potential candidates meet with a Professional/Re-established Professional, such as Psychologist/Psychiatrist/Therapist/Counselor/PO or combination to determine:
a-fitness to be in the Business Justice System, with safety of all parties being a priority
b-skillsets of potential candidates
c-placement possibilities - determine what things in life and work bring joy and a sense of fulfillment to candidates.
Candidates selected will be called Learners.
3-Businesses/Churches/Community Leaders/Nonprofit Organizations/ Reestablished Seniors/Volunteers/Courts/Governments, along with assistance of a Regional Coordinator, will identify workstations and locations, both onsite & remote, that best fit the type of work/training performed for Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals by selected Learners. Safety & security of all parties are a priority with emphasis on functions performed by selected Learners being remote. Various locations within a community can be considered for a work location, in addition to the participating Businesses’ and Organizations’ locations.
4-Businesses/Foundations/Nonprofits/Philanthropists/Governments/ Reestablished Seniors/Volunteers shall provide:
a-laptops at work locations (used, new, rentals) at participating business/organization locations or at remote locations
b- basic skills training (use of laptop, internet, websites, social media, reading, math, writing, social studies)
c-business skills training (skills pertinent to the assigned business/organization, keyboarding, documents/spreadsheets, software/hardware)
d-other materials and services necessary to perform business functions, including business insurance (may have little effect on cost since the .com is a similar/adjacent name to current business functions and the Learners will be considered Independent Contractors, not employees)
e-provide advertising, marketing, social media, press release for the .com; Selected Learners will be involved in these processes based on each’s prior skills and learning adaptability
f-open a bank account under the .com name to handle its revenue and disbursements
5-Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals shall use their assigned .com to perform either their same business functions, similar/adjacent business functions or other business functions. An untapped supply of new talent opens up to be nurtured by Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals under this shared model, as set forth further below; also new markets and new investment opportunities open up to individuals and businesses from the community and to other businesses and organizations all across the country when operating with these internet-based (not building-based) .com brand names.
Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals will:
a-set up a website using the .com name (DIY software, in-house, other)
b-involve selected Learners in DIY website development and in-house development when deemed feasible as a training opportunity
c-blend Learners into business functions to provide skills-building and job experiences
d-provide support, if necessary, in the completion or fulfillment of a product or service when there are insufficient Learners available at that affected company or organization
e-provide recordkeeping functions with or without the assistance of Learners, depending upon Learners’ prior skillsets or applicable skillsets learned during their assignment there
f-not perform job performance evaluations
g-provide feedback necessary in the performance of a work step or to enhance a work step, always providing encouragement, utilizing patience during teaching moments.
6-Businesses and/or Foundations and/or Nonprofits and/or Philanthropists and/or Governments and/or Individuals will pay each Learner $150 per day during a 5-day learning week, payable at the end of each 8-hour shift via a cash app. Should the Learner not be Head of Household, Learner receives $125 per day and $25 is paid by a cash app directly to the Head of Household daily. Paying this way provides incentive to remain onboard (until obtained skills/experience to find employment) and it provides Learners with funds to care for their families’ daily needs, thus disincentivizing commissions of offenses in order to survive; it also reduces poverty, hunger and homelessness. These payments shall be under the Personal Disability tax codes/rule and shall be exempt from all federal, state, and local taxes, due to hundreds of years of being taxed(in so many different forms) without any or very little representation or services, which has created generations of people unable to achieve Prosperity, Tranquility and Pursuit of Happiness as promised in the Constitution and Declaration of Independence (daily pay rates shall increase over time based on inflation).
Foundations and Nonprofits are encouraged to curb spending on new programs and new hires and redirect their funds and personnel directly to the people needing help through this coordinated shared Business Justice System.
All levels of Government (Local, State, Federal) should see a decline in expenses related to prisons, policing, incarceration, adjudication and administration regarding such budget line items; using their 2023 fiscal year-end actual expenses for these line items as the base, any reductions from those actual amounts in following years shall be provided to this Business Justice System due to centuries of inadequacies in Housing, Education, Jobs, Policing, etc.
A Regional Coordinator will coordinate with all parties in completion of this step and other steps.
7-Learners are expected to progress upward and onward, leaving spaces for new individuals to come onboard. Learners remain in the Business Justice System until one of the following occurs:
a-Learner obtains an external career position.
b-Learner is hired for another or similar career position within the assigned business/organization.
c-when special circumstances could require the removal of a Learner, which requires review and approval by a Coordinator.
8-Businesses/Foundations/Nonprofits/Governments/Philanthropists/Individuals/
Volunteers/Coordinators will provide assistance and guidance where needed throughout a Learner’s progression, as described within this document and this document is subject to positive change when best interests of parties are at hand, being that this is a living document.
9-The Business Justice System utilized ME Ventures LLC/MindTechnology.org to start a GoFundMe (gofundme.com then type/search MindTechnology.org) to provide some funds for hiring & paying of Coordinators, Learners, Administrator/s. The calculation of GoFundMe starting amount for a selected city of 2,700,000 people is $8,000,000 and the starting amount for cities across the country is calculated to be approximately a minimum amount of $900,000,000, shown below:

These calculations provide us with a guide for some of the costs involved in operating the Business Justice System, regardless of funding sources. The number of Businesses, Foundations, Nonprofits, Philanthropists, Volunteers and Governments described in all Steps 1 to 12 will increase and improve upon these numbers to help many more Learners throughout many cities and towns across the country until no longer needed. GoFundMe may continue until no longer needed.
10-Governments/Courts-Due to seemingly irreparable harm imposed by these entities over centuries to already disadvantaged communities, 10% of gross punitive monetary judgements, criminal monetary judgements and civil monetary judgements coming into the coffers of Governments/Courts/Locales/Locale Corporate Names shall be made payable into the Business Justice System either directly or via a selected reputable 501c(c)3 Nonprofit Organization working as Fiscal Sponsor, if one is onboard.
Regional Coordinators will tie all the above steps together, as described in this document. Coordinators will report to Administrator(s).
11-Donations are immediately accepted. Until a reputable 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization, working as Fiscal Sponsor, is brought onboard, funds will be monitored by an Internal Auditor to review for proper controls, accountability and separation of functions.

12-Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals onboard retain 50% of gross revenue generated from operations of each .com; 30% of gross revenue goes back into the Business Justice System and 20% of gross revenue goes to MindTechnology.org via ME Ventures LLC to help sustain this Business Justice System, it’s .com costs, websites and other costs.
Businesses/Organizations/Philanthropists/Individuals will provide a monthly Statement electronically of Gross Revenue to MindTechnology.org.
CLOSING
Throughout history almost all civilizations have faced failure. If “We The People,” whom have much, do not work this out now that we have comprehensive steps before us, this country may never be able to mend itself. This means forever having to worry about our spouses, children, grandchildren, family and friends wherever they go. There will be no peace in the land.
